Logistics & Site Prep
Week 6–9
Foundations, transport, crane plan, and on-site readiness.
Stage 05
On-Site Assembly
Week 9–14
Rapid LGS erection, cladding, MEP rough-in, and finishes.
Stage 06
QA & Handover
Week 14–16
Quality audit, snag list closure, and final keys.
